In 2018, as Brand Manager for AmTrust Financial, I created a comprehensive 53-page Brand Standards Guide to establish consistency across the parent company and its 120 subsidiaries, supporting more than 6,000 employees worldwide. The guide defined every aspect of the company’s visual identity, covering branding, typography, logos, and graphic elements. It provided detailed direction for print and web use, email communications, social media, and other creative assets, while also including an appendix with resources and applications. This project ensured that all teams had clear standards to follow, strengthening the brand’s presence across multiple platforms and markets, while reinforcing visual consistency and recognition.
